1. Door sheet, it is one door sheet made by Metal Sheet(AZ150) COLORBOND which has special qualities.
The material of the door sheet can be described following these information. The strength of the steel which is arranged by Austria standard is AS 1397-1993, level G550 or standard ASTIMA 792-83, level 40-50 can hold the weight more than 3,470 Kg/Cm3. The components which were used in the covering processes are,
    1.1 Metal Sheet (AZ150): is the combined steel of aluminum and zinc which can be separated the element into Aluminum 55%, Zinc 43.5% and Silicon 1.5%. 2. Plastic rolling dish: is used for being a core of rolling the door, and made from specific engineering plastic which was tested about the cracking. The test was done following the processes 24 hours for 6 months and turning on-off 6 times a day. There had not been any cracking was found for the result, and it can be used for 50 years

3. The flat nylon, rims of the door is made from special tire to cover the nylon which has a quality of durability for a wearing out that was made from a traction without any lubricant. It was tested about durability by turning on-off 6 times a day for 6 months. The test can guarantee that it con work at least 25 years

Controlling

1. the rolling up door was designed to have a balance for any position of installing between the weight of the door and the rebound force of the installed fasteners. Thus the door will be balance, and be able to pull it up or down by a hand without the electricity

2. Change to the manual system when the power outage happen unexpectedly, or the user could change to the manual switch which was designed and installed in balance to be able to turn on and off easily in the emergency situation.

3. The controlling box was designed to be flexible for responding in any installing position. The users can use it easily when they want to turn it on-off. the light will be shown for 60 seconds

4. Automatic close, the door could be set the time for closing itself. After the door was opened, it will close itself automatically without the command from the switch

Safety
